Garry L. Nichols, Azizi International’s President & CEO, has been involved in the Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Energy Management Systems (HVAC) industry since 1980. Garry began his career installing and servicing residential, commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, all the while amassing scores of hours of factory and class training from various manufacturers of HVAC equipment, and technical schools. With an adeptness at fixing things others were unable to repair, and because of his work ethic and integrity, he established himself as someone customers requested on a regular basis. From there he moved into service sales and project management for companies like The Trane Company and others. Prior to starting Azizi International, Garry was the Operations Manager for a national HVAC management firm. Once introduced to this specialty, Garry realized the marketplace was in need of a company with integrity, and one that was able to manage contractors and provide a service that was fair and equitable to all parties concerned. When asked by a few prominent retailers to consider starting his own HVAC management company, he accepted the challenge, and thus, Azizi International was established in 1993. Robert A. Dworkin (Retired in 2009): Prior to becoming a partner at Azizi International, Inc. in 1994, Robert spent 10 years with a national HVAC manufacturer in the administrative and public relation end of the business and 4 years in retail store facility management. Robert’s background includes curriculum development and training that was implemented to teach HVAC contractors how to profitably price, bid, and negotiate jobs. Therefore, as Vice President & Chief Financial officer at Azizi International, Inc., one of his main responsibilities was to oversee the pricing parameters and negotiations with every contractor we enter into an agreement with on our client’s behalf. This is to ensure that our clients are always receiving the best possible pricing on labor and material in a given geographical area. |
All things considered, the most important aspect of our company is not found in our extensive HVAC backgrounds or related knowledge, but in who we are: Men of Integrity. We realize that this is a very misappropriated word today; nevertheless, it is the foundation for every decision that we make, and your most important consideration when choosing a management company. When all is said and done, it is whether you can trust your vendor to look after the best interests of your company when making financial and repair decisions on your behalf. We are all in business to make money, but there should be a mutually beneficial relationship between the buyer and seller that results in a fair and equitable pricing structure and exemplary service.
